Enclosed please find final payment for roof project completed on 07 September 2007. My husband and I would like to let you now how satisfied we were with Richard, Joe, and the crew. Everyone was courteous and professional during the entire experience. We were kept abreast of each step and consulted if there were any questions. Richard did not just stop by and leave- he made himself available to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. Joe and the crew worked quietly and diligently. Were it not for the tools and machines, you would not have even known that there were 5 men up on the roof! Your crew arrived when they said they would come, completed the job in a timely manner, and spent significant time cleaning up after themselves. The job being what it was, there was minimal disruption to our lawn and garden. I also wish to commend Richard for his understanding of our situation- having both postpone the original start date wile making sure we were scheduled before September 12.

One feature that singled your company from others was the professional way in which your proposal was completed. That is what ultimately helped make our decision in your favor. Thank you for providing us with such a positive experience.

Dear Shaun:

Just wanted to let you know how happy Arthur and I are with our new roof and gutter system. The roof was stripped and replaced on May 30th and May 31st by your crew which included Dennis, Glen and Brian. They are very hard working young men and were prompt, neat, and polite. We appreciated the extra care that they took to not damage any of our numerous gardens that surround the house.

The gutter system was installed on June 1st in an equally efficient manner and got its first test that afternoon when we had a sudden downpour. All seems to be working well.

I have enclosed some before and after photos that I told Richard I would send. You can see for yourself what a striking difference the new roof makes in the appearance of the house.
